About United Electrical Contractors, Inc.

United Electrical Contractors, Inc. was founded in 1985 in Orlando and remains locally owned and operated by Richard (Rocky) Russell.

Based in Mount Dora, our firm continues to serve Orange, Osceola, Lake, Seminole, Volusia, Brevard, Polk, Highlands, Pinellas, Sumter, Hernando, Monroe, St. Lucie and Marion counties.

We believe that direct owner involvement in all operations provides superior service to our customers. Therefore, all estimating, purchasing, and project management is performed by the owner and qualified long term estimators and project managers. This approach has created and helped maintain long lasting relationships with the major general contractors and construction managers that serve the central Florida area.
